f)
Promote youth entrepreneurship by including
entrepreneurship training in the school curricula,
providing access to credit, business development
skills training, mentorship opportunities and better
information on market opportunities;
g)
Institute incentive schemes for employers to invest
in the skills development of employed and
unemployed youth;
h)
Institute national youth service programmes to
engender community participation and skills
development for entry into the labour market.
Article 16: Health
1.
Every young person shall have the right to enjoy the
best attainable state of physical, mental and spiritual
health.
2.
States Parties shall undertake to pursue the full
implementation of this right and in particular shall take
measures to:
a)
Make available equitable and ready access to medical
assistance and health care especially in rural and
poor urban areas with an emphasis on the
development of primary health care;
b)
Secure the full involvement of youth in identifying their
reproductive and health needs and designing
programmes that respond to these needs with special
attention to vulnerable and disadvantaged youth;
