31. Thus, following the replies received and in accordance with Article 60 (e) of the
Staff Regulations, the Director of Administration was suspended by an official notice
dated 19/07/04.
32. By directive ES/DIR.1/07/04 dated 19/07/04, an ad hoc Commission of Enquiry
was formed to look into the incident of 14/ 07/04.
33. Several
fruitless summonses
were made
to the residence
of the Director
of
Administration to get her to appear before this ad hoc Commission.
34. After which a new query was sent to her; but again, without any answer from
her. This last query sent to her was to find out the reasons why she was not available
to receive the summonses, whereas she had been invited to make herself available to
the Commission.
35. That was why faced with the refusal of Madam Oyemade to appear before the
