By an electronic mail of 2 September 2013, Counsel for the Applicant requested for the annexes to the Respondent's Response and by an electronic mail of 3 September 2013, the Registry advised the Counsel for the Applicant that the Respondent indicated that it would be sending the hard copies of the said annexes in due course. 13.
