85. For the above reasons, the Commission holds that the Communication does not
fulfil the proviso of Article 56(6) of the African Charter.
86. On Article 56(7) of the African Charter, the Commission does not find evidence
to indicate that the matter is before any international forum, and accordingly,
the Commission finds that the Article 56(7) of the Charter has been met.
Decision of the African Commission on Admissibility
87. In view of the above, the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights:
1.
Declares the Communication inadmissible for failure to comply with
Articles 56(5) and 56(6) of the African Charter;
11.
Notifies the decision to the Parties in accordance with Rule 107(3) of
the Rules of Procedure.
