On 3 October 2022, Houngue Éric NOUDEHOUENOU (hereinafter referred to as “the Applicant”) filed an Application with the Court seeking interpretation of the Court’s ruling on admissibility of 22 September 2022 in the matter of Houngue Eric Noudéhouenou v.
