Article 14: The Specialised Technical Committees - Establishment and Composition / Paragraph 1.b

• Paragraph 1
  There is hereby established the following Specialised Technical Committees, which shall be responsible to the Executive Council:
• Point a
  The Committee on Rural Economy and Agricultural Matters;


• Point b
  The Committee on Monetary and Financial Affairs;


• Point c
  The Committee on Trade, Customs and Immigration Matters;


• Point d
  The Committee on Industry, Science and Technology, Energy, Natural Resources and Environment;


• Point e
  The Committee on Transport, Communications and Tourism;


• Point f
  The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Affairs; and


• Point g
  The Committee on Education, Culture and Human Resources.
• Paragraph 2
  The Assembly shall, whenever it deems appropriate, restructure the existing Committees or establish other Committees.


• Paragraph 3
  The Specialised Technical Committees shall be composed of Ministers or senior officials responsible for sectors falling within their respective areas of competence.
