Article 26: Budget


  • Paragraph 1
    The Court shall prepare its draft annual budget and shall submit it to the Assembly through the Executive Council.

  • Paragraph 2
    The budget of the Court shall be borne by the African Union.

  • Paragraph 3
    The Court shall be accountable for the execution of its budget and shall submit report thereon to the Executive Council in conformity with the Financial Rules and Regulations of the African Union.
