Article 17: Assignment of matters to Sections

• Paragraph 1
  The General Affairs Section shall be competent to hear all cases submitted under Article 28 of this Statute save those concerning human and/or peoples’ rights issues.


• Paragraph 2
  The Human Rights Section shall be competent to hear all cases relating to human and/or peoples rights.
