Article 13: Conflict of Interest

Functions of a Judge are incompatible with all other activities, which might infringe on the need for independence or impartiality of the judicial profession. In case of doubt, the Court shall decide. - Paragraph 2
A Judge shall not exercise the function of agent, or counsel, or lawyer in any case before the Court.
